who calculate the lowest fare for the most complex itinerary. Our rate desk
checks all travel options, routes, and classes of service to obtain the lowest

Meeting Planning Assistance
ALTA Travel provides assistance with negotiated discounted meeting rates for
air, hotel, and car rental companies. We make arrangements for all

travel policies and programs that will be stored in our computer. This
information can be accessed each time you call.
Personal Profiles
A personal profile on all your company's travelers will be stored in our
computer system. This will enable ALTA Travel to access information on the
individual traveler. Such information as names, addresses, telephone numbers,
frequent flyer information, and corporate I.D. numbers. Also on file are travel
preferences for seating, cars and hotels, along with all special requests of the
traveler. All profiles will be updated regularly by ALTA Travel.
